Ohio State will don scarlet and gray when it faces Michigan Nov. 21, but with a twist.
The Buckeyes will wear jerseys that honor the undefeated 1954 national championship team, according to a statement by OSU Director of Athletics Gene Smith.
The uniforms will be unveiled Sunday, Nov. 15, with photos on the OSU athletics Web site.
OSU participated in Nike’s Rivalry uniform program, which allowed the team an opportunity to recognize a team of the past.
In the statement, Smith stressed that the jersey switch is a one-time occasion.

I do agree that the Oregon Ducks have one of the ugliest uniforms ever devised. Doesn't Florida State also have one that isn't particularly pleasing?
Agree wholeheartedly.
